The Baker A story began in 2012. We had a humble start in one of the aging streets in Kowloon. We soon became a popular name in the Jordon area, with its signature healthy, low-fat, low-sugar, no-egg bread and baked products, distinguishing herself from other old bakeries nearby. Our youthful and energetic branding had impressed many local neighbours and attracted lots of people from other districts.

 

In future, we will continue to experiment new baking technology with motto 'Taste, Authentic, Well-Being'.

2012年，麥田一創立，我們在老化社區中誕生。很快，我們成為街知巷聞的名字。我們堅持每日新鮮烘焙健康低糖低油人無蛋麵包，讓麥田一在區中多個麵包店中突圍而出。我們年輕活力的形象吸引不少街坊及遠道而來的愛包之人。

 

接下來的日子，我們會繼續勇敢地實驗新的烘焙科技，以'味道，真實，健康' 為我們引領方向。
