We offer a wide selection of sweet soft roll which Hongkongese like the most, we also develop our own series of low-sugar, low-fat, no-egg, nuts-inlcuded German, French, Japanese, Taiwanese bread suitable for people with diabetics and allergies.

烘焙要擁有熱情。我們不斷學習世界的飲食文化,經過不斷實驗才有機會做出有創意的烘焙。

 

烘焙需要耐性和忍耐週而復始的重復動作。這就是我們對完美麵團的執著。是麥田一麵包好品質的原因。

 

新鮮烘製的手搓麵團,每日準時出爐。

 

除了香港人喜愛的軟甜麵包外,我們還自我研發各種低糖,低油,無蛋,含堅果的德國/法國/日本/台式麵包,讓糖尿病及食物敏感的人能吃到適合的味道。
